100 Years of Remedies is a line of cosmetics, but it also tells a story that began way back in 1886 with the Carlo Tozzi Military Pharmacy and Drugstore, founded by the pharmacist of the same name in Pistoia, and continued throughout the 20th century with the Banci family, who took over management in 1920.
Today, the Banci Pharmacy no longer exists, but the products remain, inspired by reworked old formulas, family formularies passed down over time, and true stories, anecdotes, and characters, both real and imaginary, that have shaped and shaped the history of this pharmacy over time. All this with a touch of creativity and imagination that makes these products truly unique.
The products in the 100 Years of Remedies line are created today by combining cosmetic formulation technology with the use of natural active ingredients with proven and documented efficacy: starting with a natural, skin-friendly, and organoleptically pleasing cosmetic base, plant extracts are added, selected based on careful analysis of scientific literature and dosed at concentrations higher than normal industrial product standards.
All the creams and emulsions in the 100 Years of Remedies line are formulated with a special cosmetic base containing cocoa butter, shea butter, plant oils and waxes, and natural emulsifiers that ensure the maintenance of the skin’s natural hydrolipidic film while also promoting the delivery of natural active ingredients.
